At Tub Club, we stand behind the quality of our bath products. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition; specifically to include no damage or signs of wear of any kind to the labels.
Items must be returned in original packaging with all parts, accessories, and instructions
Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and installation reasons, the following items are not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged on arrival: 
- Used, installed, or altered products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or special-order items
- Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos or video of the issue
A brief description

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Tub Club is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
